well I'm not sure about SS but when I was your level I had 40 speed and then added 5 points into it and got two interceptions back to back games but I imagine for a SS your ok at 40 speed right now

Your speed is fine. The SS isn't all about getting ints, its about defending the TE first, helping cover WR second and defending the run third.
