He's played both inside and out, and the current defensive scheme has him back in the MLB/ILB position. Been training jumping/vision, although that will likely change with the new training scheme coming shortly.

You need to get Speed up to at least a natural 72 before you start seeing any improvements.

Very wrong. You'll see the most improvement if you go with vision. If you intend to apply more SP into speed at any point in the future, though, now is the time to do it, imo.

Most beneficial gains from ALGs given your current build.

Sorry for the bump, but I'm curious, given the recent changes, how I've manage this LB. Thoughts?

You didn't bring his any single attribute high enough early on to be good enough to reach WL/pro level imo but I'm not expert.

He is likely to end up as a second backup across the entire LB corp and spending some time on STs.
