Yeah, you need to change what you are doing. Speed is the absolutely first thing to work on. Put everything, including selling your EQ and getting new stuff, into speed. Take it to a natural 68, then do the same thing to agility, minus the EQ. Then go finish taking catching to 68, then vision to 68. Then, go back to speed and take it to a natural 77 or above, and repeat with agility and catching. Everything else will improve with ALG's. If it doesn't make sense, just PM me and I'll help you out.
