Very pleased with how our team played, we seemed to be very effective holding the Scarlet Knights to just about 200 yards of total offense. Very pleased.

We picked them off 4 times, held them to 30 yards on the ground and 150 though the air, racked up 277 total yards ourselves, and we still couldn't seal the deal!
We lost 3 of our 4 fumbles, and missed 2 of our 3 field goals while they made all 4 of theirs...

In the words of Denny Green, "They are who we thought they were!!!"

All I can say is good game PTT! We'll get you next time when lady luck is out for a smoke...

I don't really consider the Bugeaters 30-20 victory that impressive really.

For one they were outgained in the game.

Yeah, color me unimpressed on that one. Not saying anything for the rest of the season but that wasn't exactly rolling.

Wow, that is a tough loss Sconnie - I had PTT down as the best team on papar coming into the season. What a valiant effort, and it looks like the kicker will be running a few extra laps tomorrow. That missed 21-yarder hurts.


GG to LLLL... that game was circled on our calendars the day schedules were released. I spent several hours on the gameplan and still feel lucky to have escaped with the win today. I'm sure we'll meet again in the playoffs.

Hedgehogs are a different team this year homey. I am plenty impressed with their 30-20 win.

You guys have a brutal start of a schedule so far. The Wolfpack is a potential playoff team which plays better than it looks on paper, and PTT is at least a top-3 Eastern Conference team this season. Up next? Viridian Vanguards. They are a team that is quite likely to make the playoffs as well, perhaps with a homefield advantage.

Welcome to the Eastern Conference. Ouch!

Edit: It looks like we'll be following in your footsteps. We face the Wolfpack next game, followed by PTT, and finally face Viridian.

Awwww, that was a legitimate attempt to congratulate you on your great start in your new league. Sorry if that offended you. I guess I could have worded it differently, like congratulations on beating a crappy team and a decent team? Maybe that's too offensive too. I probably shouldn't mention anything about Callahan or Pederson either, because, well seeing how things have gone lately that probably will get misconstrued as well.
