I have 11 skill points to assign. Is it better to put them in vision and have both vision/confidence single capped or put the points into confidence and get it double capped first? I'll probably be boosting the last day too so more like 26 points to be assigning

If you've got 11 now, cap vision now, as it's decimal is about to roll. If you can't cap before next level up i'd still do vision as it's much closer to the next cap.

Puma, what do you mean his decimal is about to roll over?

I don't think I would do anything until right before you boost at the end of the season. Just keep training whatever you are, con/vision or vision/agility, whatever. Then take those points and +2 vision then spend the rest in confidence.

His vision is at 38.06, the key being .06. If he were to spend 11 SP in vision right now, he would have 49.06 vision, then when he levels, he'll have 49.06 + .66 ALG for 49.72 vision. OTOH, if he waits until he levels up he will have 38.06 + .66 = 38.72. He can then spend 10 SP, but only get to 48.72. To get to 49.72, he would have to spend 2 more SP, in effect spending 12 SP to get to the same place.

If he has 11 SP right now, and will level before the end of the season, he should spend 11 in vision.

I'm only at 282 toward the next level so I won't be leveling again this season until I boost. Best bet is to train another few times, spend my 11 to cap vision and then boost to use the ALG to their max correct?

Yup. Train it up to 90+% before capping. Sounds like you've got plenty of time to do so.
