Your defense and special teams needs to improve.

11-5 is very respectable. I'm just happy we didn't end up with 8 cpu teams in each conference and all human teams automatically make the playoff games without trying.

HB Rushing 11 TD, 1229 Yards, Avg 5.64 yards per carry
That's 210 points. Seems you may want to look at how other people are stopping the QB Sweep yet still protecting the HB off tackle running game or the slam/blast running game.
Also out of 192 passing attempts during those losses you gave up 50 first downs and averaged 6.92 yards per carry. The first game you lost was against the pinfish (team I'm OC/DC on). Half of our team boosted early on so I'm sure that didn't help the start of your season.

Like others, I don't want to give away what I do, but we always want to help Silver 6 brothers.
Being a DC, I can only accurately assess your offense and I'll say this - you are VERY easy to game plan for.

I sent you a PM about D. Everyone in PeeWee, lookout because I explained my setup for strong I formation on stopping the sweep, off tackle, and blast not sure if it was the best thing for me to do

well if your offense and defense are both having trouble that could explain the 7-9 record
my advice would be to improve in those two areas...then you'll be fine
