This is final, just because this is the last 1 I'll do this ssn.
1) D9....now, lets see if we can put our money where our mouth is, as the shit is getting serious now. 1st is wrapped, but I suspect every member of D9 would trade it for 8th, if it meant we get to and win the Lion champ game.
2) Carthage....Partly because I see it as a toss up between them and the Hogs for who deserves this spot, and partly because, well, I'll explain when I hit #3. Still, Carthage took care of business today. don't breath too easy. You got a dangerous Prigos team next. I suspect they're still pissed about dropping 3 in a row and would love nothing more than to take down the bully on the way into the POs.
3) The Hogs are lucky that I don't drop them out of the top 5. Why, you may ask. Well, I asked andy for a simple favor...Just beat Sahara in the RT tourney so I can throw the game against the Hogs and get out of that damn thing to focus of what's really important. Hell no, they lost. Sure, they have been impressive as hell in Ele and have the longest W streak going over there, but you complicated my life. So, I'm at least dropping ya down 1 spot
4) RR get's 4th. You can make a damn good argument that they deserve 3rd, since they beat the Hogs, and you may be 100% right about it. RR is a hell of a team that I can't believe anyone wants to play in the POs
5) Rocky and Sahara. You have the 2nd longest W streak in Lion, tied with the Hogs. You just had to be a pain in my ass and beat them, putting me in the unenviable spot of having to worry about a tourney game that I don't care about, but now am forced to. Do we actually try and get the W, and show our hand? Do we purposefully tank it to get out? I got no clue what to do there, but I digress. This should be about you. You and Sahara have put together one hell of a ssn. With a break, you can still claim 2nd. so, the vacation is canceled!
6) We're getting into bonus territory now, but it's my last one of the ssn and several teams truly deserve a mention. Dachs have put together one impressive as hell ssn. I'm sure they wish today would have went better, but so do 14 other teams that have played Carthage so far. Hit tip on a great ssn.
7) I'm really breaking ranking here and putting CWE in this slot. You ele guys can boast all you want about how deep ele is, and you have a right to. That said, I think our little 4th place team would do very well over there. I think this is a hell of a team.
8) no one ever seems to talk about the Preds, but I sure they hell wouldn't want to meet them in the POs. I've never seen a team which will likely finish 13-3 in what really most likely is the most competitive league in GLB do so so quietly.
9) Zambezi most likely isn't very happy right now. Still, at the very, very worst, they will finish the ssn 13-3 or 14-2...That's a damn far cry from the 7-9 they finished last ssn at. You guys should seriously be proud as hell of what you've done this ssn.
10) The Son's Prigo's and Redhorns all deserve this spot equally. so, damn it, I'm giving it to all 3 of ya.
GL in the POs everyone! For those that didn't get the breaks needed to squeak in, GL recruiting. I can't even imagine how tough it will be to recruit this ssn, particularly when I doubt more than 10% of all teams currently have full rosters. For the pitifully little it's worth, I wish you luck. I tried like a SOB on the test server to get them to do something to make life easier for you, but you can paint a GIANT red F on my forehead for massive failure on my part. Sorry.
