How can a player be the most valuable player for a league when their team is so bad.

cause he did that while getting blown out so bad, so if you do the blowout adjusted, his stats are basically the same. Where the Deathicles are alot worse when you do blowout adjusted.

doesnt matter, basically what I said and VC said. They count more if youre the team getting blown out. Plus you have to give that guy credit for even doing that well on a shitty team. The RB only had a avg of 6ypc....weak

So if you are on a really good team (undefeated) and you are the best player in the league, you probably won't be MVP because your team never loses. That explains a lot.

yeah, thats why steven jackson won MVP this past NFL season, DUH!.

its not who is number one is MVP anyways, they changed it. Its randomly selected out of the top 5 players. So even the number 5 player could end up winning mvp

when did that change? I don't remember reading anything about it.

"--the MVP endorsement will no longer automatically be handed out to the player who finishes first. It will be a lottery type system similar to how in season endorsements are handed out between the players that finish in the top 5. It's weighted, the higher you finish the more likely it is you will get the endorsement."

Still the trophy is handed to the #1 person on the list. Yes equipment is worth more but still, it is kinda weak that someone can own the whole team and just throw to the one player all season long and have a 3-13 team and still be in contention for the equipment.

Personally I think the MVP thing should be removed from the game. It is bad for the game
