You are spreading your SP around too much. By now he should have at least 68 natural speed and be working on agility. Also, all of your EQ need to be focused on one attribute, even the AEQ if you can. If the bonus or SA that is with it is worth it, then by it with whatever the attribute, but then when you upgrade it, upgrade the major attribute. In your case it would be speed. You can fix that now and during the off season, but your misspent SP might hurt in the long run.
