From the GLB Wiki:

If there are more than 2 teams tied (same record), then it's based upon these factor in this order:

1. Number of head-to-head wins against the other tied teams with the same record.
2. Number of total points allowed.
3. Number of total points scored.

I love the redundency of #1. I mean if you are tied with another team, you obviously have the same record.

What do you mean? I copied that straight from the GLB Wiki. I was just trying to help on the above question about tie breakers.

well....there can be three teams tied at 9-7, but one of them beat the other 2 teams, therefore they get the higher seed using criteria 1

using the criteria we would get 6th barring we give up a lot of points the next 2 weeks...still would require some favorable results though...i think it would also mean C3L 7th, and Wambo 8th

The DI can go as high as 3rd with wins over C3L and TIA and as low as 6th with losses to C3L and TIA.

Basically unless we make third place, our first game is going to be versus Crackertown it seems. If I make it to third place, the second round matchup looks like FG. I like this matchup if they don't plan on boosting until the Conference game. I hate this matchup if they plan on boosting for the first or second round of playoffs.

Honestly, as much as SBWL are the best team in Gold this season, I like that matchup better than the FG fully boosted matchup.

Problem is, you can't think that way because:

1) You've still got to make it through the first round.
2) If you want to go all the way, you have to be able to beat either of those teams... boosted or not.

I think I'm just happy that this year I have a chance to not be seeded against the eventual winner of the Gold Championship in the first round. :-)

Yeah with Dit's defense they definatly hold the tie breaker there. But it's hard to say what is going to happen this week. Either way it's been a fun season, I didn't think we'd have a shot at the playoffs after we lost to SB and were sitting at 4-5, but looks at ACS they went from what 1-6 to now having a legit shot at the playoffs.
