I have a kick returner who is leading the league in KR TD, but only has 4 PR TD while the leaders are around 20. What's the best setup for Punt return blocking?

I like lots of speed at the ER1 and ER2 positions also the PP1 and PP2. I generally use fast FBs and TEs that can also block well.
