I thought it was a TD Because I was watching the game without seeing the replay summary and the CB looked burned.

2. It would say 'dropped' or deflected if the WR Would have dropped it

You don't have VAs or SAs at lvl 8, at least I hope not and no one is getting burned when they run a 12.75 j/s.

1. It does because if the agent is a CPU, he's gonna be terrible. He won't level up and SP's won't get assigned
