If you controlled the entire VA distrubution of a whole team, what would be the best one?

I'm thinking if you could get a whole team up to 15 in slow starter, that would make for a pretty interesting 2nd half.

Clutch might be another one, but I'm not sure what exactly it does.

Streaky maybe, but seems like the slow starter one gives a better bonus 100% of the time.

Hometown hero?

Heart of a champion?

Most teams already tend to invest at least 5 SP if not more in Heart of a champion.

Workhorse or swagger might become popular next season with the stamina and moral changes coming up.

Old players tend to go with 15 in streaky to try to counteract the early decline years so a team full of 440+ day old dots might go this route.

That is all I can think of at the moment.
