Long Reach is for pass deflections. IF you want interceptions then LR takes away interceptions and you get pass deflections instead. My S had that problem last season and now he's getting more picks. I did this exact same experiment about a week ago and found that LR was my problem. If you want to just stop the passes from getting completed and u don't care about interceptions then use LR, its good
Again, if your team runs alot of zone with you then ZS is obviously good. I still don't put alot into it though.
