I know a guy once who promised the same thing and screwed the poor guy over that bought the team and had to try and fill it. Not saying you would but that sure is risky.

Even more risky in Gold in that if the owner doesn't bow to any request you make, you can screw him over enough to get him demoted. Not saying you would do that, but it is a risk Gold teams have to consider.

This begs the question: Why not just purchase your own team and get them to Gold?
