I think its just a break away combined with an agility move at once... thus resulting in a nano-second of rapid speed burst...

Should probably be a check to prevent this IMO, you can't naturally "break away" and make an agile move at the same time.

No, some SAs are a bonus to the attributes, not a % increase. Route Run, Scat Back, etc. When they fire they could add another 30 points to speed and agility... the back didn't look that fast to begin with, so they've either cranked strength and carrying or they are juicing an SA.

was kind of fun seeing the score up....but I really need to kick the D in the ASS...lol...or someone close to me does.
