How am i going to get the best start with my TE? I have just started with GLB, so plz have patience and explain things in a simple language. :-)

It really depends if you want to make a recivier or a blocker..I see you choose the dual threat TE so he will be a combo..Gennerally combo players arent as good as specialists but can be effective in a casual league..

To make a combo guyr this is how i would personally go

2nd cap strength 2nd cap catching 1st Cap blocking 1st Cap carrying 1st cap Speed 1st Cap Agility Train his vision whiel doing these

For a blocker build him just liek a Left tackle.Strength Blocking Agility are what you want to focus on..

For A reciver you can eithe rmak ehim a power or a finnese guy..Forget about blocking Pump up his speed aglity catching and carrying..If you want him to be a power TE then also work on strength if you want him to be finnesse then forget strength until the higher levels when everythign else is done..

One of the main things to focus on when building is you want to focus on one Skill at a time..For instance lets say you want to take speed to 50 you want to focus all your SP on that until it is there along the way you can train up agiliy or whatever you plan to cap next..

You also wan to focus on your players major Skills..These will have gold stars next to them in your skill point page..The skills automatically increase with every level so you want to get them up as fast as possible to take adavatage of it..

In Conclusision there is really no One right way to building a player it all comes down to what you want out of him everyone has there a similar way of buildign certain players but everyones opinion on things alters slightly here and there especially with tightends as it is often difficult to build a dominating one..My advice is to try your own ways though experiment a little you know what you want frm your player so get that in mind and build towards it
