What do you guys recommend for a coverage scheme?

Man coverage in a quarter package and blitz your FS from the line. This will get pressure on the QB.

A 4-1-6 cover 2 or 3-1-7 cover 2 is generally a safe bet but it gives a good QB with a good line time to find an open man. A more aggressive attack will pressure a QB so single coverage is generally enough. You must trust your CBs one on one if you blitz heavy but good pressure can force lots of incomplete passes imo.
