Help me out people, tell Bort here how long you have been around and how much you spend. I am guessing he stands to lose money in the thousands of dollars or more.
I know I have spent around 500 bucks over the years, and he will lose roughly another 1000 or so over the next couple of years in my money alone.
Bort, are you really ready to lose that kind of money? If other people quit, over the next few years you will lose enough money to buy a new car.
I read Borts comment there, this is stuff I wanted in my game and part of vision, so screw you, this needs to be in the game. I it is my game and this is what I wanted all long. If you do not like it don't let the door hit you on the way out. At least I have what I want an envision for a product.

I've spent $618 since March of 2008. More than on any other game I play online (xbox or web). I spend more on GLB than Netflix. The changes suggested in the financial updates should be dropped in favor of a K.I.S.S. game. I'd rather not need to buy Quickbooks in order to run a team.
If a new team is only 3 months old, well yeah, they aren't going to have money. I've had a team for close to 2 years now and I am a season 1 vet. It's not my fault those guys don't have cash, I took an entire season of not buying any equipment for any of my guys, doing a lot of losing, trying to stay afloat so the next season I'd have capital to invest in players that I needed to win.
What's fair? Fair is the fact that I've worked hard to put my team where it is, now you want to take the profits from my team and spread them out, you want to salary cap me, you want to change the dynamics of the game dramatically.
What's in it for me and the rest of the owners.
