OK thanks, will this just be implemented next season then assuming everything goes according to plan?

That's the plan - but we won't rush it out if it's not ready. It'll either be this off season or the following one.

Like with players, the amount the coach is paid will impact their starting game morale which can impact their in game performance.

Wait, Wut????

Did I miss this memo?

You mean I am borking my players with minimum salaries?

Fo Real?

Yeah. What's this again? Minimal salaries lead to poor morale? (Don't get me wrong - it makes sense, but I haven't seen that mentioned anywhere before....)

I think this game, after reading all of the upcoming changes, is all about bonuses. You can totally screw up a build and you can recover by bonuses. The game is great and the process is outstanding, but can't we reduce how many bonuses there are for Finances? I know we are trying to become realistic, but all of these luxuries will run my team into the ground! And if I do not purchase any, is there any kind of penalty? The idea is great like I said, but there are so many bonuses my head did like a 360.

Plus, Coaches and I have a question about them, do they get like new players do? Like a meter and 21-23 attributes to spend?

Not a big fan of coaches, but thankfully out of the hundreds of players I have created, a couple of them will actually retire above level 55, and they play on both sides of the ball.

One thing I didn't see. Upon converting a player to a coach, do you receive the rest of the Flex you invested in the player (minus the 300 from the conversion) -- or is that gone forever/until you retire the coach?

how will flex work at that time???
and also i believe the level for coaches is WAY TOO HIGH... i mean i want a coach but being a non-booster lvl 55 is quite a shot...

Personal Coaching

Prior to each game, a head coach can choose three players on the team to devote extra time to. Doing so will provide a bonus to football skills, confidence, and vision. A head coach can only coach one skill position (QB/HB/FB/WR/TE), one defensive player (DL/LB/CB/SS/FS), and one player of their choosing that is not a skill position player (OL/DL/LB/CB/SS/FS/K/P) per game.

I love the idea of Personal Coaching

But I think its something that all coaches should be able to do, with the lower level ones being able to do more players and more benefit.

Upper levels should give boosts of a more general sort. IE You do not expect Andy Reid to spend time doing reps with McNabb/JKolb because he has to focus on the big picture, but the QB coach sure does and would give him the most benefit.

Head Coach - must have reached level 49 in another coaching area before you can become a Head Coach. For the first ten season of Coaches, the level requirement will be level 36.
Offensive Coordinator - must have been an offensive position player prior to converting to a Offensive Coordinator.
Defensive Coordinator - must have been a defensive position player prior

Teh?

Many if not Most NFL coaches hardly played or never played. Some of the greats.

You should be able to create a coach from scratch IMO.

It really does seem like every season, the game changes dramatically. It's really getting to be a pain in the ass trying to keep up.

On another subject, it's crazy that all the questions and answers concerning all the numerous changes (and there seem to be a lot) are forcibly being restricted to 3 soon-to-be-monstrous threads. Good luck finding information in them.
