Retire and start over. Far too many SP's wasted in SA's.

Cardinal rule for SA's is not to put any SP into them until you hit your 30's though this is up for debate. What's a sure thing is that you shouldn't put SP's in SA's until level 25 though.

Can you elaborate on the reasons why?

you spread your EQ and SPs too thin. You want to focus on one attribute, depending on the type of LB you want (usually speed), and train the others (usually only two at a time). Also Special abilities on a LB are usually a waste and Special Abilities in general dont start firing until you hit lvl 50 or so. Think long term
