Warrior General Games

First season in AAA with a tough game and a victory against a very strong team. But we can't relax, Tranformers wait for us in the corner to tranform us in a pile of trash (I hope not)!

Strength of Record = (Total number of wins of opponents you have defeated) - (Total number of losses of opponents that have beaten you)
Quality of Play = (Actual total point differential) - (Predicted total point differential)

These rankigs/projections include the last two preseason games. I'll remove them after week 3 of regular season for more accurate rankings.

Definition

SoR:This is measure of how good a team is. It rewards beating good teams and punishes for losing to bad teams.
QoP:It is essentially how many points (total) that team has beaten (or not beaten) the spread by. I feel it is a good indicator of whether a team is playing better or worse than expected.

Yeah, that tells you the state of GLB. Almost the whole AA Leagues get moved to AAA. Many teams are folding because they can't recruit.

Recruiting has been tough, but I don't plan to fold. No one wants to join a rebuild team is the issue. Everyone thinks they are going to start for a playoff contender even if they have a crappy build.

At this point, the Istanbul Titans don't even want to recruit anymore. Occasionally we get lucky and pluck a solid build without too much effort, but most of time recruiting just means having 20 contract offers floating out there waiting for people to decide.

Sure as hell glad that we have a farm team now. Might take a few lumps waiting for those guys to get up to level, but recruiting won't be nearly as necessary.

I figure that we might be able to get up to Pros just because there won't be any teams left above us that are still intact.

Pros-----at the rate of teams restarting, im eyeing World League

but yeah like a lot of the teams out there, we have spent the last few seasons creating a farm team where our better agents can build a player and level it up through the system. And I will murder any of you who try and steal one of our guys!!!! Except dukfan you can have his players they are fail

Guys, we went 15-1 last season, 4-1 in playoffs, we havent missed a playoff in 8 seasons straight, we average almost 13 wins a season including playoffs over the past 8 seasons, we have really decent coaches and solid ownership...

I guess everyone is asking whay the hell am I telling you this??? Because even with all the positive aspects of this team, we cant find ANYONE who would join us this season, I signed 8 new players and sent 324 contracts! and 4 of those playerswere from the same agent, so actually we signed 4 new agents, that's 2.5% signing rate.

I even tried signing less than average players just to get warm bodies on the field so my starters wouldnt get killed in the 2nd half. Even those crap builds took other offers, I cant believe guys take more monry over better teams, I can understand why teams keep folding in uncapped levels.

Im right there with you, We havent won that much but we have missed the playoffs once in 7 seasons and made it to the second round everytime we have went. We are usually one of the leaders in offense, and yet we had huge issues getting people, thank god we have a farm team going, next season our backups will be joining and then boosting so they will be around 48 (still to low imo but out of neccessity we have to bring them up 1 season early)

Same here but my farm team will only be around level 29 by end of this season so it will take them a few more seasons before they can be brought up.
