that is a very tough call. The +3 agility and +5 percent hold block chance is pure gold. The Protector SA is also very good but you can probably find a better Protector item.

If the Protector is on its own then its the hold block piece every time!

you need 2 pieces like that. if it's a choice between those 2, take the hold block and keep looking for another protector, it's not so rare that you'll only get it once out of 50 rolls, you should get it once out of 10 or 12 rolls.

Plain and simple you can't be a +3 and 5% in things that actually apply to your build. That being said, buy it and keep shopping because I'm certain that you will not only find another +1 Protector but maybe +1 Protector and + Attribute/s.
