After trawling the Forums and Marketplace looking for a SS and Blocking TE this is what it has come down too.

The Shetland Ponies of South America Pro require the following;

1 Blocking TE - Like Unicorns, The Tooth Fairy and the Easter Bunny i'm not sure they actually exist. Any level considered, obviously dependant on Build.

1 SS - After a barrage of PM's to just about every Free Agent SS on the Marketplace this is a last resort. All Builds considered.

I have a Mentor DT and nice FS available to Teams that can satisfy these requirements.

Max Cash will also be offered if wanted.
