Does anyone know why I'm getting the option to exchange my +5 strength, Hold block chance +12% piece for a different piece? Is there some kind of glitch with it or something.

Basically since multiple percent AE items will no longer be stacking the same we can either exchange it or sell it for 25 refund shopping tokens. If you only have one percent AE item you may want to keep it. Or you might want to take your chances shopping for a better item. It is your choice.
