I don't have shit for time, and this really isn't my baby any more. That said, I feel these need to be out here bad. Sorry that this isn't going to do any of them justice. Still, at the very least, here are the last tests I did and suggestions. I don't have posting abilities in the proper sub forum. So, if/when the appropriate mods do get that stuff updated over there, feel free to delete this thread. Also PLS keep in mind that I'm SURE these aren't the final versions So, don't freak that Look Off isn't firing enough, that the entire D is faked by the currently not firing enough pump fake or that catch fake has the potential to cripple a DB at it's most extreme lvl of firing. I'm sure all of those things will be changes, as well as the stamina/energy stuff adjusted.
Finally, don't ask me about any other new SA. I haven't seen them or have any idea of their effectiveness or lack there of. Catch has been testing them all himself, and he should be.
Fakes (10 in Look Off, 10 Catch Fake)
3/18 test http://test.goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2032
Still plenty of CFs that don't do much (and I'm perfectly fine with that)

We may want to turn the extreme impact of CF down to about 3/4ths as severe as this...not make anything under worse case any less, just ceiling in at 75% of this

There does still seem to be a higher than normal bad throws after a CF though

The Single Back Quick Slant really does get on a person's nerves how the WRs just stop right next to each other. Could you maybe extend both of their routes another 5-10 yards? At least that way they wouldn't be sitting in each other's laps

87 pass attempts I watched, one or more D guys were PFed 7 times or on 8% of the plays. IMO, that # should be hitting at least 10% on the CBs in coverage and 20% on the zone cover guys. It's getting closer, but not there. I believe if we just bumped the ease in which D dots actively covering an O dot could be PFed by X and then bumped zone dots NOT actively covering by X*4 or something like that we'd be getting closer still.
The other issue that's a little tricky is that it'd be nice if PFing 4 or more dots at the same time happened only very rarely. I'm just not 100% sure how you pull that off. The LBs & DLmen in zone are the easiest to PF. So, if you made it harder after the first 1-2 dots bite, you'd most likley go back to almost never PFing CBs & Safes again. If you decrease the radius around the PFed WRing target that is effected, that may help, but you still need to pickup those Safes, since they should be most susceptible to it. So, it couldn't be a very big radius reduction. If you could then make it so that the 1-3 deep zone D dots were the easiest to PF, I believe you may be on the right track.
Perfectly fine with how CF is working and its occurrence rate, but I'd reduce the most extreme impact of CF down to about 3/4ths as severe as this...not make anything under worse case any less, just ceiling in at 75% of this

I think it's time to acknowledge that LO just isn't firing anywhere near as much as it should. We've got to be talking about watch a 1/2 or more of 5-7 test games, each one containing some level of zone D and I can count on 1 hand how many times I've seen it, 0 in the 1st 1/2 of this test. It just plain isn't firing anywhere near enough to be worth investing in, Bort.
We flat out will have to make it more difficult to complete long passes against good coverage. I could see a slight increase to the decrease of pass quality on balls thrown over 25 yards (20 if measured from the LOS), maybe 10%, but make the PD & int rolls 30% easier for the DBs to win. On balls thrown between 15-25 yards (10-20 if measured from the LOS) a 5% pass quality hit and 20% easier for DBs to win the PD & int rolls. On balls under 15 (10 from LOS), just leave as is....As always, I'm not talking about increasing the radius, but just their success within that radius. If we don't, the pass game may become unstoppable.
Finally, once we get all of this looking good here, we need to make the builds worse and retest. We just need to be sure this stuff fires at a reasonable lvl with good dots like these, but not at an obscene lvl against more blah dots.
Finally, don't ask me about any other new SA. I haven't seen them or have any idea of their effectiveness or lack there of. Catch has been testing them all himself, and he should be.
