if my KR/PR CB already has the Spin SA, if i convert him to the KR/PR Archtype can i choose a different SA for Bonus and still keep my Spin SA?

Nothing will happen to your Spin AEQ. Completely unaffected by your bonus SA selection (outside of if you pick Spin, your AEQ will be stacking with it).
