What about team renewal? Make this 200 FPs.

More importantly, will it automatically blend the reward points in with the flex points we purchase? It doesn't say one way or the other and if it hasn't been considered, it should.

It really should go into a separate "bank" if you ask me. That way I can choose to use the reward points or use the 70% refundable flex points when creating a player.

An easier way to fix the multi exploit to get a free team with the free points is to just make this separate bank not eligible for team purchases.

they are separate banks. It pulls first from rewards (if the item being purchased can be bought with rewards points) if you have any.

So If I create a player and want to use my refundable flex points instead of any reward points, too bad?

I can't think of a specific reason why I would want to save the reward points, but I imagine there will come a point when I'm about to retire a player and think to myself "Well... I wish I had used my flex points instead of the reward points to create/boost him."

And it sounds like I'm complaining about free points... but I'm not trying to. Just thinking it through out loud, really. Haven't thought all the way yet...

Not from what I heard, I believe bort said just to purchase would need to be like 500ish, renew still being 400. Basically what he's saying is as it is now Multi's are created to buy a Peewee/Casual team as "startup" or Cash farms and thent he multi is dumped after 1 season. The raise in flex to buy a new peewee/casual team will stop that from happening.

Well I guess he could just stop giving them alltogether.......I'm all about the flex, but I dont see a reason he should give us 70% flex back for what he GAVE us.

You are seriously complaining about free flex?

If there's one thing I've learned in my internet life (before GLB as well), people will complain about ANYTHING on the internetz. Something about being able to hide behind a monitor gives people a great feeling of entitlement and power.

I would be overjoyed if the rewards points would go back to when we bought flex again and again over the last year. However, I am not holding my breathe but boy that would be nice.

Thanks for the free flex in the past. But I would not be a true American if I did not ask for more.

Will this work on previously retired players? Meaning in the past I have spent a lot of money ... I've retired over 20 players from L26-L70 - all have boosted three times and most had custom equipment. I currently have 7 active players now too ... so I'm trying to figure out will I be rewarded for my loyalty to GLB in the past OR is this going forward on how much you spend, etc?

The change isnt to the % of retirement flex, that's still 70% of boosts/CEQ

I'm not sure if he's going to reward past purchases....will have to wait and see.

The one issue I have with this - long term non boosting players. I have a few friends who never want to buy flex. And they don't have to. But if a new guy joins, and only gets new reward flex...when he retires his guys who he boosts only with free flex...he can't play until the next "reward" time.

So... you buy something with Flex points AND Rewards points, say a CE, and you decide to re3tir that player. Now you are out those points that you used along with Flex points? So if you wanted to make a new player ANd give him CE, you're out of luck? Nice way to reward people who buy flex points. especially if they all get blended and you cant distinguish them.

You still get 70% on any flex you used on the CE. If you put 300 Rewards Points and 300 Flex Points into CE and sell it back, you'd get back 210 flex (70% of 300).

Sounds like a good plan. We still get free points to spend you simply don't get the rewards handed back to you. But hey, it's still free, I will take them if they are given to me.

If this can eliminate Multi's than I am for it 100%
