I dont know where I should go from here, to make him most effective, if possible

You need to get things capped if you want to make him a blocking TE you need to get both Blocking and strength to the 3rd cap a reciver shoul dhave catching and vision to 3rd cap follwed by speed and agility dont put anymore into the SA trees until higher levels...From this point you should try to go for a balanced build and make him a casual league TE..Cap blocking/strength/catching/speed/agility..None of them great but none of them will be overlly weak either..Id say at this point in his build that is the best way to go from here unless you retire and start over.
