That list doesnt explain what it is, just a list. It talks about major and minor abilities, Doesnt say what about them though. Is it cheaper to do major? can I still put attributes as before? etc..

Wow no one? There has to be some kind of announcement or something, Seems to me like once again GLB is only catering to minority that hug the forums. For those of us that are active but not constantly on the forums, have no clue what is about to happen here.

The majors/minors are the same thing they are on the current design of the players.

The archetypes will change which skills receive an ALG depending on the type of player they are. For example:
A Power HB receives .5 into Agility, Carrying, Confidence, and Strength at each level-up.
A Elusive HB receives .5 into Agility, Carrying, Speed, and Vision at each level-up.

The archetypes just tailor the automatic level gains, and bonus/penalty SAs, for each player depending on the build type they are.

Thank you, that was exactly what I was looking for. How come that isnt a sticky in the main Goaline blitz forum area?

Or a actual subforum strictly for this arch thing. It is a big deal a big change. These things should all be orgainized in one place.

That was my understanding of how they were going to use this forum:

Major change = Goes into major change discussions under their own subforum.

Allows:

New changes to be discussed in this forum to be limited to those changes only.
Better organization of the ideas instead of mixing Archetypes in with new team rules with new equipment rules.

And that is better.

When the change is implemented, that subfolder gets summed up and archived.
