Will the SA be able to be shopped for in the AEQ store?????

I strongly, strongly feel like I've seen it addressed and the answer is no.

But I don't have a concrete thread/post that indicates it. This shall be that once Catch shows up.

catch said no on the new SAs, though you if you pick an old SA for your extra SA, you can still potentially find AE for it.

I think that's one of the big disadvantages of new SAs...if I pick first step for a LB, I can get it past 10, but if I pick jackhammer I can't.

This may have already been answered elsewhere, but someone humor me please. Are we going to be allowed a one time reset of SAs with all these new changes? Seems like it would make sense to allow us to get our SPs back for all points invested in SAs, with the restriction that we'd have to reinvest them in SAs, and not allow us to use them on attributes. Seems only fair since some archtypes are penalizing certain SAs that we might have already spent points in that we probably wouldnt have otherwise. Not just that, but with the Bonus 11th SA being added, it'd be nice to have a chance to get a re-do to actually have enough points to make good use of this. Doesnt seem like it'd be hard to allow a reset, and i dont know if there's really a downside to it?

No, there will not be a reset of SA's. If you don't want the penalty to the SA's don't select that archetype or don't select an archetype at all.
