Who will be the last one standing? What season will they become last standing? (second to last goes out) What season will they go out? (last to exit World League)

My pick is Halifax. They become last standing in season 17 (all others eliminated by the end of season 16) and they go out in season 17 (last season in World League season 17).

I will pick Hali too. In season 9000, when Gart falls and breaks his hip preventing him from sending out free agent offers.

TBH I see it between Hali and MoD

Both have very large extensive networks to remain competitive for a very long time.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Bonn.

Bonn or Hali.

I'd say MoD but it can be most of them. Bonn can stick, but I do not know enough about their network, MPHD can as well for a long time but that might require their current declining dots to stick around for another season, HHW is likely shot soon(sorry), Hali could turn it around for sure, but minus HHW they were the worst of the remaining 4, and MoD has a lot of people in its network so I suggest they will have dots for a while..and I'm sure they will be good enough to make the playoffs.
