I have a team with 10 Centers, we play all the O-line spots. We have 2 C's that are 40 days older than the others. If the 2 oldest Cs have Mentor, does it affect all the Cs on the team, or does it only affect the specific position?


*Does 1 player for that "position" affect the rest?

yes...as long as your mentor centers are anywhere on the depth chart all other centers anywhere on the depth chart will get the bonus.
