he would have been better off if you would have followed slow building or cap build strategies. go to the wiki and read up on soft capping attributes, level bonuses, etc.
to get the most out of him next season, start training vision and agility, put your next 6 SPs into speed, and then soft cap agility, then vision. after you start putting SP into agility, switch to training speed/tackling.
