In Bort's announcement he said we could exchange old pieces of EQ with percentages to similar ones with skill bonuses. How do I do this? I have tried navigating the menus and haven't been able to find a swap option. I sold one piece and didn't have any extra options... what a waste.

Can someone shed some light on this EQ swapping for me?

Because the stacking nerf doesn't come in until next season, you can't sell and get the full refund until next season.

The announcement was just the heads up.

"We are changing the way +% Advanced Equipment is going to work. Effective at the end of season 14 so do not sell your current +% equipment until we announce the change has been uploaded as you will not get the benefit of the offseason swap options, it will work as follows:"

Read the very first line of the announcement, especially the bolded part.

Catch said it may come earlier since they're testing it. Shouldn't take too long to test, so I got a feeling it may come sooner. I am really excited about this change!!! COME NOW!

earliest it'd happen is at end of playoffs - can't put it out when there are still meaningful games to be played.
