Looks like they're going to do every Oceania league. They also have a complete game "viewing" guide on the main Oceania forum page.

One of our GM's, etonblue used the Colley Matrix Method to do them last season. I think its one of the things the BCS uses. Its only based on W-L and strength of schedule, as I understand it. I know it is unbiased.

I'm not mathguy, but I thought they gave an accurate representation of the league last year.
