I don't see an actual thread in here to discuss this and though I get most of it I have one little issue with it.
When a team demotes down to say level 42 they lose their 300 levels...yet any team who knows how to build up a team should have their stadium done by this point easily. So by taking away half the stadium for any team over level 34 you are essentially putting them behind the norm...which I don't believe is fair either! Is the cash you offered the offset so they can instantly rebuild their 200's assuming they field a team of 30+ human players of the appropriate level before season rollover?
I know a LOT of new owners complain how it isn't fair and I see their point somewhat. But by taking the stadium from a team which originally had their stadium done before their team was level 34 is not fair either.
Just wonder if this is not supposed to be fair or is really supposed to severely penalize owners who decide to start over or half start over?
