Please tell me how you would use each player. What is the run/pass split on most of your offensive gameplans? How much ST will each player see? (I would rather the WR play no STs since he has only 1st capped stamina).

The DE and CB can have their EQ rearranged if the team pays for it depending on role.

My players are NOT committed for S15.

I will NOT be signing a new contract until the end of the season. I will make a decision on whether to stay or not based on my experience there.

All 3 players must go to the same team. I'm not interested in dividing my guys up for the rest of the season.

Also, these are cash offers. Min cash might be negotiable considering the uncertainty towards my players for S15 (IMHO, that is entirely up to the team to persuade me to stay via actions, not words.)
