Do not know if this has been discussed but, If you have the player under 80 days old and have to select an archetype can we have our past lvl gains retroactively changed?

So I select power back for my HB, can I get the +.5 gains (Agility Carrying Confidence Strength) added and the original +.33 gains (strength speed agility vision confidence carrying) taken away?

Instead of my player finishing at(lets say) lvl 14 with +4.62 to his strength speed agility vision confidence carrying attributes I would prefer to have +7 to his Agility Carrying Confidence Strength... Correct me if my math is wrong.

I think this would be a good idea to allow the adjustment for those players.

this. Retroactive level gains aren't going to happen, just restart or enjoy cap 14 or 22 leagues being 90% CPU

I don't know enough about borts ability to control players but why couldn't this happen, and no one else thinks this would make thing easy?

Usually in an adult discussion people try to bring a little bit more to the table than just one line remarks... So if it is a no why?

Cheating has always been against the rules. ALGs is not cheating.

Yes but instead of having entire lvl 1 teams and players completely restart next season just change the gains so it is an even playing field for those players.

Instead of having thousands of people change why not just have Bort and whoever else work a little harder to make a script to change player gains?

because it makes no sense. It's a waste of time for Bort. 2 season's worth of players is not enough to have him spend days working on a method of retroactively distributing ALGs, especially when 90% of those players will still retire and restart.

Let's say on my C I double cap strength. It now costs my 3 SPs to raise it 1 point. I end up raising it all the way to 63 by season's end. Then, the ALGs are reworked so everything is recalculated. I'm now below the double cap again. But I just paid 3 for 1 to raise it and now I can pay 2 again?

It's a whole mess not worth dealing with.

Plus I'm pretty sure it's a lot harder to recalculate things for every player than it seems.

Not to mention till the old players gains might be better and I might want to keep them.

Thank you, that is a very valid point I did not think of.

Also, training. If I trained a skill on my player that was getting .2 level gains, it'll be trained to a much higher level than than it would have been with the better ALGs.

One last question, when I do select the new archetype my player will be getting the new lvl gains? Or will he stick to the old ones?
