Edit.... Title is no longer too short. Mod fixed said title to something that is coherent and makes some sense on what is being discuss within this thread.

Yeah there are some things in there that are maybe too strict or still too loose, or generally need revising. But at least they are working towards more enforceable policies in a needed area.

i know they're hating on mergers, as are alot of people, but yeah, that's pretty lame.
