I just took a look and you have all 3 QBs in your QB slot. Mudd Slinger in QB1 and the other 2 in QB 2. Now, on your plays which QB is selected? It would need to be QB1 for pass plays or outside rushing plays and QB 2 for QB run plays. If you have it set for QB then it's going to be random if your energy settings are 99/98. You will have to go to each play in your OAI and you AI packages and pick which QB you want for each and every play.
