does anyone know if there's an OPP if you put a FB in as long snapper. And, in general, is their OPP on the special teams slots?

my reasoning..
I'm looking ahead to next season , and I usually dedicate 1 Pee Wee roster spot for a ST Center. I would rather have a 3rd FB instead of a 3rd Center...

There's no OOP penalty on special teams.

I especially wouldn't worry in Pee Wee anyway, you'd barely even notice if there was a penalty. Worst case scenario he'd be slightly less likely to get down field and make a tackle, it's not like he can screw up the snap or let the punt be blocked after all.
