will it cost 30 or 40 to max? maybe it should cost less since we don't have a skill point credit card

I know the out-of tree SAs will only cost 1 initially, just like SAs 1-4 on any tree. Not sure about the archetype-specific ones.

"An agent can add one bonus SA to each player. This SA cannot already be in the player's normal SA Tree. The bonus SA is in a tree by itself and has the 1-2-3-4-5 skill point cost progression. This must be selected at player creation."

What happens if you already have that same SA, from Advanced EQ?
Then I assume it works like any other SA AEQ. Still costs 1 SP as if you have 0 in it, and the AEQ is added on top of that.

Yeah, that's what I'm trying to find out.
No one seems to know for sure though.
Like I'm wondering if they combine together, or they show up as two separate SAs?
Because I know Hazy (Catch22) was pretty explicit about not wanting people to be able to double up. But to me, that wouldn't really be doubling up, because one would be controlled through AE, and the other with SPs.

i'm not helping you much here - as i do not know for certain...
but i feel pretty confident that AEQ on a "bonus SA" will work exactly like AEQ on a SA in your natural tree

if you have AEQ it just gets added on top of the bonus SA just like normal.
The archetype specific SA will be the 2nd SA in the 3rd tree, it'll cost 1-2-3-4-5 as well.
