just thinking about bonus SA once archtypes are here. would turn shoulder would work for an HB?

if the HB is trying to avoid a sack, sure.

Based on the description of the SA, what would be the benefit of gaining an extra second or two to make the throw? The name seems like it would be beneficial to avoiding tackles, but the description seems only useful for QBs.

we're actually revising the "any" SA premise initially outlined, so don't start out thinking yourself.

good to know. since this SA is about avoiding a tackle I figured it would be good for an HB too.

Catch - just to simply this for everyone reading:
Are there any excluded SAs that a player would logically take, assuming that the player plays at his spot in a natural role?

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking - The excluded SA's are ones that a player at that position should never use given the position they are.

That's exactly what I was going for. You didn't sneak in and take Spin away from any ball carriers, take Wrap Up Tackle away from defenders. The stuff we can't pick is all stuff we shouldn't pick, so nobody will ever legitimately have a reason to ask why position X can't take SA Y.

Nah, oversight on my part. Not sure how I missed that one. It's excluded now.

no reason to believe turn should would work for a HB (through AEQ) and it will not be available as a bonus SA (original oversight corrected).
