Well the time has arrived... time for the regular seaosn to kickoff, but how do the teams match-up? I have been doing some scouting when I get the time and have came up with a ranking of Alpha 1-16. This is my opinion so of course I may not be right...
You don't like it, I don't care.... just a little something to marinate on!
Alpha
1.Gold Coast Michelin Men
Team is ran by a very Wolfpack Justice which has been a tough competitor in the past on other teams I have face such as CCC ( AAA Cape Canaveral Constellation) and have also worked with the guy. Efficient team over the seasons as they won league title back in season 8 of Oceania AA then went on a dry spell for the next two seasons. Season 11 and 12 GCMM made it to the playoffs only to fall short.... Season 13 was GCMM first season in the Pros and they sure did make some noise finishing the season 13 and 3 and making it to the second round of the playoffs only to lose to the league champs that season the So Cal BDC. I will look for GCMM be the standard for the many teams this season in Oceania Pro. GCMM will have a very tough season opener with a #2 Ranked Zeta of #2 (Zeta) College Town NWA!
2. Gold Coast Vipers
The Vipers made it to the Pros in season 10 and will be fighting for the right of being the true number one power in Gold Coast.... Where ever that is? None the less this will not be the first time the Gold Coast Vipers will have a battle with GCMM. Look back at their season 8 as you see that these guys faced for a chance for the League Title Game with GCMM advancing leaving the Vipers waiting for another season... ironic as I can see these two having the possibility of a repeat of the same story, but with a different ending? The Vipers had a pretty solid season 13 as they went 14 and 2 only to be knocked off by a very tough Christchurch Fighting Maori that will be appearing on this list soon enough.... Be aware of the Vipers as their bite can put your team to rest rather quickly! (Chemistry may be an issue at first, but still have my pick for #2)
3. Christchurch Fighting Maori
Rumor has it that this team can smash... Maori ran by Jughead and his army of GMs have a very solid club and will be looking at knocking the door down to any team that stands in their way as has made it to the Conference Title Game 3 times since season 10 only to fall short! Tough luck gents as I am sure that would be enough to keep a team motivated over the season being oh so close.... I feel your pain to a point. The Fighting Maori will put any team away if not properly prepared for, so all have been warned!
4. Indianapolis Gurupies
I may here a few complaints from some of the Oceania Vets about having a rookie team being ranked number 3... If so prove me wrong! I know what this squad can do and seen them dominate and will be given my teams full respect when it times to face them. The Gurupies are more or less a team formed by the dominate of another team from the USA Pros if I remember it right and once were called the Darwin Lunatics a few seasons back, The Gurupies were on a rolling since season 12 wiping the floor clean with teams only to be upset in the Conference Title game against the always tough [b[# 8Melbourne Marvels which may surprise a few teams this season. Indy changed its owner over the off-season, but it was pretty much ran by the new owner in the first place... I will look forward to seeing what this club can do here and warn you now to not underestimate this new club to Oceania Pro!
5 Death Dealers
Scary name for a team that could be Scary Good? Hmm.... Well getting to the point here, The Death Dealers were in AA only two seasons ago so this was rather a quick process it almost seems to the Pros for them. Season 12 they were Champs in Oceania AA then the next season they were hard pressed for another title run only to lose the Conference Championship game to TMI (#7 Three Mile Island) Which TMI also won it all in season 13 as they were the 5th ranked seed to surprise everyone! The Death Dealers will have their hands full here, but will be a major mistake to sleep on them regardless where you are on this list!
6. Eastern European Alliance
So it brings us to EEA that is ran by Otega along with their Co-Owner bug03... Great team here with real classy like Owner and crew! EEA makes a second trip around the block in Oceania Pro and their first trip last season was not too shabby... As EEA made the playoffs in their first season here only to get matched-up against the to be League Champs of So Cal BDC. This season look for EEA to make a run at a top four spot with their efficient running game (bug03's Runover Yourface) which may not be labeled the starter as Don't Panic has been on the team for a while, but be aware of these backs... EEA may see them selves climbing a bit higher in many teams eyes if they can win their season opener against my preranked number one in Zeta, the #1(Zeta) Berlin Kreuzberg Red Stars
7.Three Mile Island Meltdowns
This team has amazed me, not because of the preseason game, no... Its because of their success in winning the AAA title and being in Oceania Pro with an average level of only 62! What the hell are you feeding those boys there at Three Mile Island... is it radio active!? Good job gents! I may be giving these guys too much credit... Either way, You are on the radar for many teams other than the #5 Death Dealers who you did beat for the title last season, yet are ranked behind them....
8. Melbourne Marvels
So we meet again Marvels... This team has been a thorn in my side for the last 3 seasons now! Great group of agents in this team and they can flat out game plan in my opinion as they will for sure need that ability here in Oceania Pro! Be warned if you go off the team lolbars, then you have failed! You should take this team as a top 8 team or your squad will be punched in the nose and will be down for the count! Just ask the #4 Indy Gurupies as this is the squad to stop their reign of terror last season to take the AAA title in Oceania AAA #2 Melbourne will be a sleep I am sure to many or Dark Horse of the conference, either way Melbourne I have a tab on you! Good luck!
9. Telstar Rebels
This is a very Dangerous team at # 9... It was hard to keep them out of my top 8 and I am sure this will be noted in their club. The Rebels are making this their second season as home in the Pros as last season was rather a successful season as they made the playoffs as the number 7 seed only to be matched-up against the #3 Christchurch Fighting Maori in the first round. Before that the Rebels took season 12 by storm as they were 15 and 1 in the regular season with their only lost to the #1 Gold Coast Michelin Men as they avenged that lost in their Conference Title game by a narrow margin to move on and win it all. The Rebels in my opinion have a shot to be a top five team, but it will be a long tough road to get there! Good luck on the season.
10. Guam Chamoros Rising Sun
The Rising Sun's are enjoying their second season in Oceania Pro after having a pretty successful first season 13 as they went 12 and 4 and had the 5th seed in the playoffs only to be pushed out by [#1 Gold Coast Michelin Men in the first round which is ironically enough because GCMM have been a thorn in their side since season 11 as every season in the playoffs GCMM has been the team to beat them out! wow, talk about a rivalry!? Guam will be looking for a playoff hope as in which I do believe they have a great chance at doing but will it be another stop of a season at the hands of the Michelin Men? Hmm...
11. Micronesia Megalodons
Sort of wondering if this team should be ranked higher... The Megalodons have a strong club with good game planning as this team was good enough back in season 12 to take the Oceania Title on the way to the World League, but unfortunately things fell apart in season 13 knocking them back to Oceania Pros for season 14. I really believe this team will bounce back and will make a push for a playoffs spot, but will struggle to do so. Teams should be ready for a fight regardless of where you are at on this list!
12. Freedom Town Band of Brothers
Last season I was called out for having my squad ranked too low... Ha? Well My boys come to Oceania Pro with many winning season, but no title... So no need to sweat us... Don't tell my GMs I said this!

13. (N.M.I) Pagan Fire Eaters
"Please Alpha don't worry about us. PFE = easy victory..." Sorry Cintex, not buying that bro... You have a good squad, have earned your right to be here! The Fire Eaters Have made the playoffs the last few season in the Pros and I will not see them expecting anything less this season regardless of the comment made by the owner in the forum started by so AAA team that has an inferiority complex. The team has know what it takes to be successful in the past and will think they have not lost an ideas that made that possible! Good luck on your season!
14. Taylor Bulldogs
Just like our number 15th ranked squad, the Bulldogs have struggle season after season in the Pros and will be hard pressed to have a better ranking than this... I will say that none the less you will need to be on your toes for them as they can upset anyone here also! Good luck guys....
15. Fiji Ventures
Its hard to have Fiji ranked much higher than this after seeing how much they have struggled since being in the Pros which has been for a few seasons now, Not underestimating this team at and will advise all teams to game plan as this could be a team that will have everyone on upset alert every week! Good luck this season gents!
16. Springville Renagades
Sigh.... Not sure if you had something to say about me or my squad when I first posted here... but I will make sure you know where you stand when we meet... Don't have much to say about our 16th ranked team nor Bopher1 avatar? But there we have it.
NOTE: Teams 5-13 I believe are very interchangeable so don't take it to heart as this will be a very, very tough season with teams that don't make the playoffs still being consider down right a tough squad!
Also working on editing as I did this sort of fast and in between classes, Zetas will be in work tonight.
