Yeah, pump Vision. Your agility and speed look good. Basically speed/agility/vision to 73/73/73 or 69/69/73, those are what I see suggested most from peeps with experience.
Your tackling is pretty high for his level compared to strength. I'd start training STR/JUMP for quite some time and maybe get your vision to 77, then get Jumping to 60 at least. By then STR should be up a bit and you should see more PD's.
