I do not quiet understand how you got penalties to all of your attributes & it seems odd that you have so many Vet Points.
But, the overall build of Mr. Bash lacks focus. By having trained everything you have nothing... The "Jack of all Trades, master of none" approach.
From a Owner/GM/OC perspective, if we have a super fast, reasonably agile WR with average hands; we can game plan to take advantage of your speed. A good hands player, can be used differently. You just arent any of them, so you would not start as the speed WR, nor the posession WR, nor ...
