Hmm, You've invested into SAs a little bit too early, I wouldn't do that until lvl 40ish. Also there are 3 importan SAs: Super Vision, Shutdown Coverage and Change Direction (Sticky Handy and Swat Balls are also useful). Forget the rest!
If I were you I would bring your main stats to a natural 73, that's Speed, Agility and Vision. That's top priority. Than it's up to you, if you want him to cover guys, go for Jumping and strength.
