Looks like Pabst has a new script for ranking conference by Effective Level

No matter how much formatting I try to do before hand can't get it to paste properly.

The first number is roster size ( not including CPU's )

the second number is avg lvl

3rd number is avg player value

4th number is avg effective level

That won't make much difference since the effective level includes all SP (even non-applied). Although I agree it means almost nothing at this point in a pee-wee league. The only difference will be SP's picked up during training, or those brave souls who have already boosted. At the end of the year it could be interesting, but still won't mean much here (sort of like the lolbars).
