you too Tonga - I put a couple weeks into recruiting this team knowing I had a team coming and it seems to have paid off....I also got lucky on a couple finds and random trade offers from people I didn't know that liked a post I made in the forum about my team's direction and my plans for ownership.

But, the true test will be on the field, to see if our gameplanning can match up with the talent

Heh, be careful what you wish for. AAA#1 is going to be brutal next year. Whoever advances from this conference will probably be the only Season 3 team in it.

What sarg said is spot on, there is going to be a brutal difference between the AA and AAA teams for the first few seasons. There is not a big difference between AAA #1 and #2 either.

hence my recruiting strategy this year, if we can keep the team together when we move up (yes when, not if, muahahhaha), we won't be as far behind as some of the teams down here.

I'm sure you WILL have a team ready when you move up, you should do anyway coz you will have had three seasons in AA to get it ready
